Membership benefits, flight-hour terms, aircraft availability, cancellation provisions and other services are subject to the applicable membership agreement and individual charter arrangements.
Catering, Wi-Fi, cabin host availability and other amenities are subject to aircraft, route and operational availability where applicable.
Flights are operated by appropriately licensed and authorized air carriers/operators. Tensor LP Aviation does not operate aircraft or exercise operational control over flights.
